Spin the kite in a stationary position (e.g. Lazy Susan, 540 Flat Spin, Backspin)

Judges look for clean rotation in a stationary position, with extended rotation and technical difficulty scoring higher.

Examples include Lazy/Crazy Susan, 180/540/900+ Flat Spin, Mutex, Backspin, Jacob's Ladder.
